Dr. Ajay Bhupendra Jaiswal is a renowned academician and legal researcher who has dedicated over 21 years to teaching, research, and academic leadership at V.S.S.D. College, Nawabganj, Kanpur (C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur).

As the Former Head of the Department of Law, he has played a significant role in shaping legal education and mentoring future legal professionals. His doctoral research on Cyber Law and Electronic Contracts laid the foundation for his continued contributions to technology law and digital governance.

He serves as Chief Proctor, Convener of the Anti-Ragging Cell, and Member of IQAC at his institution. He is also a UGC Nominee for the Academic Advisory Committee at MMTTC, University of Jammu, Actively Free Legal Aid and Founder Current Law Forum.

Through books, research papers, conferences, and public lectures across India and internationally, Dr. Jaiswal continues to contribute to the development of legal frameworks addressing the challenges of the digital age.
